Question about gameplay

I just got 2 Soul of Wisdoms from the event today (1 b and 1b+)
What do they do. Cant seem to find it anywhere

Hey flame, you just sacrifice them to other monsters and they give you a lot of experience. So, like one Soul of Wisdom by itself will give your monster like a whole level. So if you want to max out a monster the souls help. The soul of enlightenment is the same just more powerful.

Also, it seems best to use the Souls when your monster is closer to maximum level. That way, you're paying for one sacrifice and getting the results of sacrificing 10 Cs. I haven't gotten close enough to maximum level yet, but it does cost far less in the mid level ranges to sacrifice just one Soul versus 10 Cs.
