Clan management

Now that we are getting stronger and stronger and with a clan even coming up i think we have to set limits to what people at least have to donate.

We can either go by % or by a solid number.
For example 25k for each week you are in the clan.
For example 1% of total donated money.

They are getting more and more bonus from us while some people just dont donate or just donate like 5k per week

Yeah, I'm thinking of making forum sign-up a requirement too. Most people have their email accounts linked to their phones these days so it's easy to follow the forum since it alerts you by email.

The only issue might be that some might not be english speakers...
